The Bomgar Jump client is currently located at https://remotesupport.it.ox.ac.uk/login/login
The downloaded dmg is added to a munkipkg project in the scripts folder along with a postinstall. The postinstall mounts the dmg and runs the binary sdcust --silent then detaches the volume.
Note in the pkginfo we use a preuninstall_script to uninstall the current version, also an uninstall_script to manually remove the app.
