Amazon Corretto has two different versions available x86 for Intel Macs and arm64 for Apple Silicon. Distinguished by the supported_architectures key.
The x86 is a straight forward RecipeOverride. The arm64 is manually imported and renamed once in the repo to align with the Intel version.
