Departments can create their own login to the HE Portal via https://he.xma.co.uk/Registration/New-Web-User , this can then be linked with the University and purchase orders setup via Oracle. If you have any problems with registration contact XMA at info@xma.co.uk
It is essential to request XMA add the purchased device to our Apple Device Enrolment Programme ID - 390951 , this is done when submitting via the Oracle punch out. If the device is aligned with our DEP instance, this then allows remote Orchard enrolment for any device, along with automatically installing University Licenced Applications for a simplified set up for the end user.
Upon ordering any device, please navigate to the IT Services - Services Catalogue https://services.it.ox.ac.uk/Service/desktops-and-devices/managed-desktops-devices , select Enrol new Orchard Device, this will inform us of all the crucial details we need to help get the Mac set up in Orchard.
