Orchard supported macOS and iOS versions

Orchard is recommended to run with macOS 11 Big Sur. It is also still supported on the previous two macOS versions 10.15 Catalina and 10.14 Mojave.

It is not yet fully supported on macOS 12 Monterey (which is still in beta)
