To enable Treeplan on Excel 2011:

 0. Install via OSC.
 0. (Re)open Excel 2011
 0. Tools > Add-ins > Enable Trepan
 0. Decision tree option now appears in Tools menu.

To disable:

 0. Uninstall via OSC
 0. Launch Excel 2011 and ignore warning that TreePlan add-in is missing.
